Compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015

Coaley Peak Limited is committed to ensuring that slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour have no place in our business or supply chains. This policy is made in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and demonstrates our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity.

Our Position

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business and supply chains, and we expect the same standards from our contractors, suppliers, and business partners.

Due Diligence

Coaley Peak Limited undertakes due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly reviews existing suppliers. Our due diligence processes include evaluating modern slavery and human trafficking risks, requiring compliance with our anti-slavery standards, and conducting supplier audits where appropriate.

Employee Training

We provide training to employees to ensure awareness of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Training covers how to identify potential signs of slavery and trafficking, and how to report concerns.

Reporting

We encourage all employees, contractors, and third parties to report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking. Reports can be made confidentially to antislavery@coaleypeak.co.uk. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. We protect those who raise concerns in good faith from retaliation.
